My main goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where we can start the therapeutic process. Together we will identify the challenging issues in your life and define therapy goals. My main approach involves cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which is strongly supported by research evidence. I am also extensively trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT), that provide invaluable perspective and additional augmentation to standard therapies.
